Business Model Library Method: Filings and Sources

Business Model Library uses cited annual filings for company revenue and evidence for hidden-model claims. Unknown or unclear figures remain pending until reviewed.

Last checked 2026-10-18 on the official pages.

Method and sources

We prefer the latest annual SEC 10-K, 20-F, 40-F or annual report filed on or before the capture date. Amounts retain the reported currency and units. Filing links accompany financial values; revenue shares are computed from those values, rounded for display.

Partial breakdowns may omit lines or use a different reporting scope. We do not force their totals to reconcile. The largest disclosed line may differ from the largest line in a complete mix.

Verification and pending policy

scripts/verify_numbers.py checks evidence against source filings when available. refresh.py runs verification before rebuilding and records changes for review; it never edits company data. A pending company page requires a verified hidden-model fact. Pending values never become zero. The explorer and comparisons require verified or partial financial data.

Affiliate disclosure

No affiliate links are active. Content and company order never depend on affiliate relationships. Optional newsletter and research tool referrals may earn a commission when enabled. Sponsored links are labelled; company selection, analysis and order do not use affiliate fields.
